Holding Your Information


Your information will be held whilst you are a user of the services provided by PLD. 


We will then keep your personal information only as long as we need to for our records for legitimate business interests as required by law up to a period of seven years to respond to any queries or complaints. 


We may retain information needed to be kept to identify users together with the reason for leaving for safety and security, for example, to prevent fraud or a banned user from setting up a new account.


We will regularly audit personal data that we hold on users and delete such information which we consider no longer necessary.

PLD uses a third party service to help maintain the security and performance of the PLD website.  We may collect information about your device, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.  The data we collect may be transferred to and stored at a destination outside the United Kingdom and the European Economic Area ("EEA"). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing.
