More people accept gay sex in the UK
A survey by the Observer has shown that 16% of people living in the UK still think gay sex should be illegal.
Sadly this is just an average figure with it rising to 21% in London and the South East. This really surprised me as I thought it would be lower in areas where there are more gay bars and clubs.
Still on the positive this has dropped 8% since the last survey conducted, so it’s an improvement!
The British Sex Survey does not just cover gay topics and is a thorough insight into attitudes and actions of all people of all sexualities in the UK.
The survey, which was conducted in July this year, involved interviewing 1,052 UK adults.
