* Pink Lobster Dating Ltd. has the right to refuse entry to anyone at events if we feel that their behaviour is inappropriate and not deemed suitable for matches for women on Pink Lobster Dating.  If this happens before an event, a full refund of the ticket will be granted.  If this is during an event the ticket cost will not be refunded.

* In the event of a cancellation of an event Pink Lobster Dating Ltd. will refund the full ticket price only or offer exchange for another speed dating event.

* Pink Lobster Dating Ltd is not liable to refund for any other costs incurred such as bus/ train tickets and accommodation.
